How to Cook Lion's Mane Mushrooms

Method

  1. Slice into 1/2 inch slabs or pull into thick pieces.
  2. Sear with oil over medium heat and press gently to drive off moisture.
  3. Cook 5–7 minutes per side until deeply golden.
  4. Finish with butter, garlic, lemon, Old Bay, or a light pan sauce.
