Method
- Slice into 1/2 inch slabs or pull into thick pieces.
- Sear with oil over medium heat and press gently to drive off moisture.
- Cook 5–7 minutes per side until deeply golden.
- Finish with butter, garlic, lemon, Old Bay, or a light pan sauce.
